Information for Clients

  • Masks are mandatory at the headquarters while being treated and in the facility
  • Clients will be required to remain in their vehicle until the time of their appointment. Please wait for your practitioner to text or call you prior to entering the facility
  • We are not taking walk-in’s at this time, client must have a scheduled appointment
  • After each client session, workstations are properly sanitized and fully wiped down
  • Reduced cash handling will be encouraged through the use of client accessible credit card machines, including tips processed by the front desk team preferably via credit card.
  • In our temporary location, there is no reception area available.  Clients should wait in car until appointment, or come in at time of appointment?
  • There is a pre-appointment symptoms screen that will occur
  • The appointment booking software will maintain appropriate records of clients, including date and time of appointment, first and last name, phone number, and email address. This is to ensure that the client can be contacted in the event a potential exposure is subsequently identified.

Information for Students

  • Our 2-day labs will be held virtually until regulations are lifted and we are comfortable that it is safe for our students to attend an in person lab together at the MAT facility
  • Our goal is to continue to serve our students while minimizing the health risk for our students and staff
