This 3 course series will teach you the concepts and theories behind MAT® Jumpstart. Through range of motion evaluation, you will be able to identify areas of biomechanical imbalances within the Lower Body, Upper Body, and Trunk & Spine. Then, through specific positional testing, you will be able recognize positional biomechanical imbalances and areas of vulnerability to injury. By using corrective isometrics and reinforcement exercises, you will be able to provide your client with an appropriate exercise routine and help them to decrease these imbalances.
