OBJECTIVELY EVALUATE, IDENTIFY, AND ADJUST BIOMECHANICAL AND MUSCULAR IMBALANCES WITHIN THE HUMAN BODY
SEE HOW CERTAIN FORMS OF EXERCISE MAY LEAD TO DYSFUNCTION AND HOW TO CORRECT IT

This 3 course series will teach you the concepts and theories behind MAT™ Jumpstart. Through range of motion evaluation, you will be able to identify areas of biomechanical imbalances within the Lower Body, Upper Body, and Trunk & Spine. Then, through specific positional testing, you will be able recognize positional biomechanical imbalances and areas of vulnerability to injury. By using corrective isometrics and reinforcement exercises, you will be able to provide your client with an appropriate exercise routine and help them to decrease these imbalances.
Course dates and curriculum:
Lower Body Module: January14-15, 2017
Upper Body Module: February 25-26, 2017
Trunk & Spine Module: April 1-2, 2017
MAT JUMPSTART TESTING: All students who have taken all three Jumpstart modules are eligible to take the Jumpstart Test in an effort to become MAT JUMPSTART CERTIFIED. Jumpstart Certification testing is conducted at the end of the Trunk and Spine module during each series. If you select the paid in full Jumpstart series option, you will not need to make this additional payment for your exam.
