Specialist - Lower Body
Our Lower Body Certification comprises three courses—Hip, Knee, and Foot. Upon completing these, you’re eligible for the Lower Body Certification. Learn more about each course below.
Lower Body Certification
Participants will refine the isolated parts of the Lower Body (Hip, Knee, and Foot), reviewing their impact on overall muscular system stability. They will then learn to integrate these skills into a comprehensive Lower Body session.
How To Get Certified:
Once you have completed the required courses you are then eligible to register for certification.

Complete all three Lower Body Techniques courses and Certification within 90 days.
Hip
The Hip Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability within the hips.
You may start the Hip Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days.
The Hip Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Lower Body Certification. You must take and complete the Hip course in order to be eligible for certification.
Knee
The Knee Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability within the knees.
You may start the Knee Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days.
The Knee Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Lower Body Certification. You must take and complete the Knee course in order to be eligible for certification.
Foot
The Foot Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability within the feet.
You may start the Foot Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days.
