Full Body Certification Course
The objective of the MAT Full Body Specialist Certification Course is to review the techniques taught in the Lower Body, Upper Body, and Trunk and Spine Techniques courses and the Certification courses and take the practical exam for the MAT Full Body Specialist Certification.
- The Full Body Specialist Certification Course reviews the MAT approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances in the human body with an active assessment process.
- Participants review the Specialist level MAT tools for the entire muscular system used to identify restrictions in joint instability relating to muscle tightness and weakness.
- Participants gain an advanced level of understanding of the unique systematic format provided through Muscle Activation Techniques used to enhance the neural integrity of muscles allowing the muscular system to operate at maximum efficiency.
The Specialist Full Body Certification Course is an in-person experience hosted at the MAT Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Participants will work with a partner.

There is approximately 10+ hours of pre-recorded video content that includes general lecture review, muscle test specifics, DFAMAT review, and more.
Understanding MAT Impact
Within the Full Body Certification Course, participants experience and develop an understanding of the impact of all of the isolated parts of the lower body, upper body, and trunk and spine, play into the overall stability of a client's muscle system regardless of what they are challenged with physically.
