Our Lower Body Certification deepens your understanding of the relationship between specific muscle function and joint stability in the lower body.

Upper Body

Our Upper Body Certification deepens your understanding of the relationship between specific muscle function and joint stability in the upper body.

Trunk & Spine
Certification

Our Trunk and Spine Certification deepens your understanding of the relationship between specific muscle function and joint stability in the trunk and cervical region.

General Overview

  • The Full Body Specialist Certification reviews the MAT approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances in the human body with an active assessment process.
  • Participants gain an advanced level of understanding of the unique systematic format provided through Muscle Activation Techniques used to enhance the neural integrity of muscles allowing the muscular system to operate at maximum efficiency.

Content Overview

Putting It All Together

Within the Full Body Certification, participants practice and become efficient at approaching a client session with the understanding of how each isolated area of the body make up the integrated system; and in turn understand how this impacts overall stability of a client’s muscular system.

Instructor Testing

The in-person event includes review of the skills learned during the Lower Body, Upper Body, and Trunk & Spine Techniques courses. Practitioners utilize what they have learned to perform a full body assessment and treatment while being observed by Top MAT Instructors.

1.5 Days of Instructor Led Review

One hour instructor testing conducted at the end of the event to assure the participant has demonstrated the necessary skills to be awarded the honor of being called a Full Body MAT Practitioner.
