Chicago trainer uses novel technique to get weak muscles moving
The hubbub of whirring treadmills and clanging bench presses around her, Stephanie Turner stands quietly at a table in her fitness center in Chicago’s River West and uses six fingers to prod her new trainee’s left hamstrings.
