Program Details
The RX prescriptive rules provide the most effective sequencing of the MAT treatment. Students will learn how to challenge the force tolerance levels of each client, movement by movement, muscle by muscle in a very systematic format. This enables each individual client the ability to increase the stress threshold levels throughout their total body neuromuscular system. In these modules, students will learn the total body Rx process that is designed to improve the communication between the nervous system and the muscular system throughout the body in the most precise and effective way possible.
Program Requirements
This certification requires applicants to be an active MAT Mastery Specialist or MATRx Foot and Hand Certified.
There are four modules within the MATRx Certification. Each module is self-paced and 12-weeks long. There is a final virtual lab at the end of each module that reviews all of the course content covered in the respective module. This final virtual lab is led by a live instructor in a practical workshop setting. There are proficiency assessments at the end of each module. There are also Exam Prep and Certification Exams (EPCE) throughout the 4 MATRx Modules for review and final MATRx certification testing.

Certification Exam
The Examination Prep and Certification Exam (EPCE) is a requirement that concludes the MATRx Certification process. This in-house component gives participants the opportunity to come to the state-of-art MAT Headquarters and practice with their peers. Instructor led, in-person review time will take place to allow for refining skills in preparation for the examination. Check the planning calendar to view the upcoming EPCE date(s).
