MAT Mastery Wrist & Hand Refresher:
Module Details
The Mastery Wrist and Hand Refresher module reviews the advanced skills from the MAT Mastery Wrist and Hand Certification. Participants will review the relationship of muscle function, joint stability, and joint mobility through the specialized technique of passive muscle testing.
Participants will continue to explore the advanced evolution process to assess range of motion in wrist and hand movements and use the Mastery assessment process to identify areas of muscle weakness. This module reviews the stronger emphasis on the applications of isolated passive muscle strength testing, stimulation of muscle attachment points along with corrective isometrics and reinforcement exercises.
Module Requirements
The Mastery Wrist and Hand Refresher is a review module. Participants must be a current MAT Mastery Wrist and Hand Practitioner or hold a higher MAT certification along with the Mastery Wrist and Hand Certification. The module allows 6 weeks to complete and all online coursework must be completed within the 6 week time frame. This is a self-paced module and includes video lectures, reading assignments, and quizzes.

57 Mastery Active Muscle Contract and Sustain Tests
57 Digital Force Application to Muscle Attachment Tissues
10 Mastery Comparative Assessment of Mobilities
57 Mastery Positional Isometric Contractions
Certification Exam
There is no certification exam required for this module.
