Our recommendation for completing this certification is within 90 days (each course is estimated to take about 30 days).

Our Upper Body Certification deepens your understanding of the relationship between specific muscle function and joint stability in the upper body.
Our recommendation for completing this certification is within 90 days (each course is estimated to take about 30 days).

Trunk & Spine
Our Trunk and Spine Certification deepens your understanding of the relationship between specific muscle function and joint stability in the trunk and cervical region.

Full Body
Our Full Body Certification encompasses everything from the segments within the Lower Body, Upper Body, and Trunk and Spine certifications. Accomplishing this achievement makes one a Certified MAT Practitioner.
You must complete all prior techniques courses and certifications before moving forward with Full Body certification.
You are not eligible to test out for Full Body certification unless all previous requirements are met.
