Ann Hanrahan

I decided to become a MAT Specialist after having been a client myself and experienced first-hand how MAT helped me recover from a knee injury. Since becoming a MAT Specialist, I have been able to support client’s during recovery from their own injuries by improving their muscular range of motion and stability through strengthening and re-establishing connections between the nervous and muscular systems. Thus, enabling them to better enjoy the activities they want to do.
