My name is Celaine Decker, I am the owner of Silvan Wellness, a Grand County native, and I have been a Certified Muscle Activation Techniques practitioner since 2021. I was introduced to the practice of MAT because of my nephew, who suffers from scoliosis. Within his first MAT session, I saw immediate relief in his discomfort, and a tremendous increase in his mobility. After witnessing such amazing results, I knew this was the career path for me!
