I have been MAT Specialist Certified since 2022 and a Personal trainer for over 6 years.
After searching for a way to help people in a way that reached beyond what I could do with personal training alone, I found MAT and haven’t looked back.

I have worked with a wide variety of people including highschool and recreational athletes, gym goers looking to capitalize on their time, money, and effort investments, and people dealing with chronic pain ranging from sciatica and back pain to shoulder issues.
