Shauna Stiglich is an Rx Full Body Certified Master Level Muscle Activation Techniques™ Specialist (MATRx) and a certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from the Boston Conservatory of Music.

Shauna is one of the top MAT Specialists in the world. As an MATRx Full Body Certified Specialist, she is one of only 26 practitioners worldwide. Along with Mark, she assists in MATRx and Master Level classes at MAT headquarters in Denver throughout the year.

After dealing with chronic injuries as a professional dancer, she became interested in the mechanics of the human body. Over the past 20 years she has combined her past experiences with a quest for knowledge to become one of the best muscle specialists in the industry.
