The MATPro Certification Path

MATPro is delivered in a deliberate progression so you build skill in sequence, not in fragments. This sequence is intentional: foundation, expansion, then integration. Completing and passing all three segments leads to full-body certification.

Lower Body

Your starting point for certification. This segment focuses on the assessment, treatment, and activation of muscles in the hips, knees, and feet. You learn the foundational skills that form the base for all future segments.

Upper Body

After completing Lower Body, you move into Upper Body. This segment focuses on the shoulders, elbows, and wrists. It builds on your lower body knowledge and expands your ability to address a wider range of client needs.

Trunk & Spine

The final segment focuses on the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical regions. It integrates your understanding of both upper and lower body mechanics into the musculature of the trunk and spine. This is where you complete your education in the full-body process.

What You Will Learn

MATPro is the professional education path for practitioners committed to advancing neuromuscular health. This comprehensive learning experience is built for practitioners who want to systematically develop the advanced skills required to assess and address neuromuscular function for recovery, performance, and long-term durability.

Core content and coursework are delivered online for flexible learning, while hands-on review, testing, and certification are completed in person to ensure precision, consistency, and real-world application.

The MATPro path helps you develop one of the most advanced understandings in the industry of how specific muscle function relates to joint stability and overall movement efficiency.

You will learn a structured, hands-on methodology designed to help create optimal motion by identifying and addressing muscles that are not contracting efficiently, so you can deliver measurable results for your clients.
