I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years as a personal trainer and strength coach working with clients as young as 3 years old all the way up to 93 years old. I’ve worked with beginners all the way up to professional athletes, so I have been very fortunate to work with a large range of people at all ability levels. In my off time, I do enjoy being a home body. Relaxing with my wife when our high energy 4 year old goes to bed. When our crazy little man is awake, we go to every playground we can find, & find as many activities we can find for us to really build a strong & meaningful relationship. I feel very lucky to do what I do for a living. I get to help people move & feel better. Getting the. back to doing the things that are the most meaningful to them. Whether that’s getting out on the road again in a rock band, getting back on the links, playing with grandkids, or just simply living their daily life pain free!
