Practitioner Bio: Since 2000, Eric Reis has helped clients improve their health, strength, and overall quality of life through a deeper understanding of how the body functions. Over the course of his career, and after tens of thousands of hours working with individuals and groups, he noticed a common challenge: many people accept pain, movement limitations, and recurring injuries as a normal part of life and exercise.
This realization led Eric to specialize in Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT) and corrective exercise. Eric believes that optimal fitness begins with optimal function. By identifying and addressing muscular weaknesses that may contribute to compensation, discomfort, and limited performance, he helps clients build a stronger foundation for movement and exercise.
