I was born and raised in Chicago then moved to Indiana for college. I attended Taylor University and received by BS in Athletic Training. My certification has been maintained since 2000 with the NATABOC (National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification). My athletic training internship was completed at RehabWorks at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Following Taylor I attended Ball State University and received by MA in Wellness Management.
After working several years in the personal training world, I was introduced to MAT and started my Jumpstart journey in 2006. I completed Level I of the Muscle Activation Techniques program in 2011 and have since completed the Level II Mastery Full Body Practitioner in 2024.
My husband works for Zimmer Biomet in Knee Development and I have a passion for those clients trying to recover from surgery once they have been released from physical therapy.
