Laura Miles is a highly experienced Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) practitioner, holding the MATRx Level III certification—the highest level of proficiency in the field. With over 17 years of experience, Laura has dedicated her career to assessing and correcting muscular imbalances to enhance joint stability and overall muscle function. 
Laura began her practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she co-owned Norcal Muscle Clinic in San Rafael, California, with her husband, Derek Colderbank. Their clinic specialized in helping clients improve neuromuscular function and reduce the risk of injury through targeted MAT techniques. 
In 2024, Laura and Derek relocated to Tampa, Florida, to work with Special Operations personnel. Laura now operates a home office in South Tampa, where she continues to provide personalized MAT services to new clients. 
Throughout her career, Laura has successfully assisted clients with various musculoskeletal issues, including those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). She collaborates with medical professionals, such as Dr. Alissa Zingman from Prism Spine and Joint, to ensure comprehensive care for her clients. 
Laura’s commitment to improving her clients’ physical well-being and performance is evident in her thorough assessments and customized treatment plans, designed to promote muscle activation and overall functional improvement.
Laura owns and operates Norcal Muscle Clinic and also practices out of Tampa, Florida.
