Foundations Of MAT

In our Foundations course, you will do a deep dive into what MAT is, how it was developed, and how MAT fills a void in conventional rehab and exercise protocols. Keep in mind that we have our Foundations course bundled with our Lower Body Course options of Foot, Knee, and Hip. These techniques courses teach the hands-on portion of our modality.

Hip Course

The MAT Hip Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability within the hips. We will teach you our revolutionary hands-on modality that was developed to create optimal motion in your clients by activating muscles that are not contracting efficiently and likely causing your client discomfort and muscle tightness.

Knee Course

The MAT Knee Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability surrounding the knee joint. We will teach you our revolutionary hands-on modality that was developed to create optimal motion in your clients by activating muscles that are not contracting efficiently and likely causing your clients discomfort, muscle tightness, and potential risk of injury particularly affecting the knee joint.
