Our Trunk and Spine Certification comprises three courses—Trunk and Spine I, Trunk and Spine II, and Cervical. Upon completing these, you’re eligible for the Trunk and Spine Certification. Learn more about each course below.

Trunk & Spine
Certification

Participants will refine the isolated parts of the Trunk and Spine (TSI, TSII, and Cervical), reviewing their impact on overall muscular system stability. They will then learn to integrate these skills into a comprehensive Trunk and Spine session.

How To Get Certified:

Once you have completed the required courses you are then eligible to register for certification.

Estimated Time To Complete:

Complete all three Trunk & Spine Techniques courses and Certification within 90 days.

Trunk & Spine I
Course

The TSI Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability throughout the core and back region of the body, specifically through flexion and spinal sidebend.

You may start the Trunk & Spine I Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days. 

The Trunk and Spine I Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Trunk and Spine Certification. You must take and complete the Trunk and Spine I course in order to be eligible for certification.

Trunk & Spine II
Course

The TSII Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability throughout the core and back region of the body, specifically through extension and spinal side bend.

You may start the Trunk & Spine II Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days. 

The Trunk and Spine II Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Trunk and Spine Certification. You must take and complete the Trunk and Spine II course in order to be eligible for certification.

Cervical
Course

The Cervical Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability through cervical motion.

You may start the Cervical course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days. 

The Cervical Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Trunk and Spine Certification. You must take and complete the Cervical course in order to be eligible for certification.
