Our Upper Body Certification comprises three courses—Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist. Upon completing these, you’re eligible for the Upper Body Certification. Learn more about each course below.

Upper Body Certification
Certification

Participants will refine the isolated parts of the Upper Body (Shoulder, Elbow, and Wrist), reviewing their impact on overall muscular system stability. They will then learn to integrate these skills into a comprehensive Upper Body session.

How To Get Certified:

Once you have completed the required courses you are then eligible to register for certification.

Estimated Time To Complete:

Complete all three Upper Body Techniques courses and Certification within 90 days.

Shoulder
Course

The Shoulder Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability within the shoulders.

You may start the Shoulder Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days. 

The Shoulder Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Upper Body Certification. You must take and complete the Shoulder course in order to be eligible for certification.

Elbow
Course

The Elbow Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability through elbow movements. 

You may start the Elbow Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days. 

The Elbow Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Upper Body Certification. You must take and complete the Elbow course in order to be eligible for certification.

Wrist
Course

The Wrist Course gives you the ability to develop a deeper understanding between the relationship of specific muscle functions and joint stability through wrist movements.

You may start the Wrist Techniques course at anytime and complete it at your own pace. Our recommendation for completing this course is within 30 days. 

The Wrist Techniques course is a prerequisite for the Specialist Level Upper Body Certification. You must take and complete the Wrist course in order to be eligible for certification.
